Bleed Air"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>System Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bleed Air System (BAS) \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u662f\u9ad8\u538b\u5f15\u6c14\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u4e0e A320 \u4e00\u6837\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08\u7a7a\u8c03\u3001\u589e\u538b\u3001\u9632\u51b0\u3001\u53d1\u52a8\u673a\u542f\u52a8\u3001\u60f0\u6027\u6c14\u4f53\u7b49\uff09\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u7528\u4e8e Pack bay ventilation.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cBAS \u662f\u5168\u81ea\u52a8\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8d77\u98de\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u6240\u6709 BAS \u7684\u6d3b\u95e8\u4f4d\u7f6e\u90fd\u51bb\u7ed3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/a350-dsc-36-bleed-air\/dsc-36-bleed-air_image_1\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4687\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-4687\" src=\"http:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"457\" srcset=\"https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_1.png 548w, https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_1-265x300.png 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>BAS \u8f6f\u4ef6\u5b89\u88c5\u5728 CPIOM H43 \u548c H44 \u4e0a\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u76d1\u63a7\u5f15\u6c14\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u81ea\u52a8\u63a7\u5236\u4ea4\u8f93\u5f15\u6c14\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a Bleed and Overheat Monitoring Units (BOMUs)\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u76d1\u63a7\u5f15\u6c14\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u6d4b\u5f15\u6c14\u6cc4\u6f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engine Bleed Air System<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/a350-dsc-36-bleed-air\/dsc-36-bleed-air_image_2\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4688\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-4688\" src=\"http:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"417\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_2.png 682w, https:\/\/caucanimax.com\/blog\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/DSC-36-Bleed-Air_image_2-300x283.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 417px) 100vw, 417px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5f15\u6c14\u7cfb\u7edf\u63a7\u5236\u538b\u529b\u6709\u4e09\u7ea7\u6d3b\u95e8\uff0c\u4ece\u4e0a\u6e38\u5230\u4e0b\u6e38\u5206\u522b\u662f HP valve, Engine Bleed Valve, Overpressure valve.<\/p>\n<p>\u538b\u529b\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u9762\uff0cEngine Bleed Valve \u63d0\u4f9b\u5e73\u65f6\u4f4e\u538b\u5f15\u6c14\u7684\u8c03\u8282\u529f\u80fd\uff0cHP valve \u5728\u9700\u8981\u9ad8\u538b\u5f15\u6c14\u65f6\u63a7\u5236\u5f15\u6c14\u4f9b\u7ed9\uff0cOverpressure valve \u9632\u6b62\u8d85\u538b\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u5728\u53e6\u5916\u4e24\u4e2a\u6d3b\u95e8\u8c03\u8282\u90fd\u5931\u6548\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5907\u7528\u8c03\u8282\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u90fd\u662f\u81ea\u52a8\u63a7\u5236\u7684\uff0cHP valve \u548c Engine Bleed Valve \u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u624b\u52a8\u5173\u95ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0cIP \u5f15\u6c14\u5c31\u8db3\u591f\u4e86\u3002\u5f53\u4f4e\u63a8\u529b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cIP \u4e0d\u591f\uff0cHP \u5f15\u6c14\u4f1a\u81ea\u52a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cHP \u81ea\u52a8\u63a7\u5236\u5e76\u8c03\u8282\u4e0b\u6e38\u538b\u529b\u5728 50PSI\u3002\u5728\u964d\u7ea7\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0cHP \u4ee5\u6c14\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6b64\u65f6\u4e0d\u80fd\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6e38\u538b\u529b\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u5728 67.5\u00b112.5PSI.<\/p>\n<p>HP valve \u548c Engine Bleed Valve \u5728\u4e0b\u6e38\u538b\u529b\u8db3\u591f\u3001\u4e0a\u6e38\u538b\u529b\u4e0d\u591f\u3001\u4e0b\u6e38\u8d85\u6e29\u8d85\u538b\u7b49\u5f02\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4f1a\u81ea\u52a8\u5173\u95ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6e29\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u9884\u51b7\u5668\u4f7f\u7528\u98ce\u6247\u7684\u51b7\u7a7a\u6c14\u6765\u51b7\u5374\u538b\u6c14\u673a\u7684\u70ed\u7a7a\u6c14\uff0c\u80fd\u5c06\u5f15\u6c14\u63a7\u5236\u5728 200\u2103\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u6700\u4f4e\u53ef\u8fbe 150\u2103\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>APU Bleed Air Supply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>APU \u5728\u7a7a\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f15\u6c14\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\uff1a<br \/>\n&#8211;
